Any teeth whitners actually work?

I have heard nothing but negative reviews of over the counter teeth cleaners...Anyone ever had a good experience? How bout going to the dentist for it, does that work? I am smoker and do drink 1 cup of coffee most days, will it still work?

sherman, I have used the crest whitestrips about 3 different times...they do great work on my teeth...very highly recommended

I had them bleached at the dentist for like $700...most painful experience I have ever had to the dentist.

It will make your teeth as white as you have ever seen, but I DO NOT recommend it. It was that bad.

Rembrandt whitening gel with mouth guard...$20 I think. Works well, I'm a smoker and all my friends don't understand how my teeth are that white. Unfortunetly, I think it works differently for everyone. My girlfriend that got me to check this product out ended up having to get her teeth professionaly done..cost her $800!!!!!!!!!
